District Court in No. 10-cv-00057, alleges that Viagra maker Tez Haber Pharmaceuticals agreed to pay $12 million to a group of men suffering from erectile dysfunction to promote a new drug in a lower dose. The suit claims that Viagra was approved to treat impotence in Mexico, but not in the U.
Under the terms of the agreement, Viagra’s manufacturer will not pay the consumer who is in the United States.

The case was filed in October 2017 by a U. Attorney’s Office in Los Angeles, according to documents filed in the suit. The case is before the U. District Court for the Western District of Louisiana.
